Seraph
Seraph by Wadan is conceived as a residential G+13 landmark that balances contextual sensitivity with forward-looking design. Positioned within the layered circulation network of Dubailand, the project integrates regional connectivity with pedestrian-friendly environments, aligning internal pathways with the masterplan’s green spines to create seamless connections and a walkable public realm. The design emphasizes orientation, environmental performance, and spatial diversity. Massing responds to solar exposure, prevailing winds, and framed view corridors, ensuring daylight, ventilation, and long-range visual connections while maintaining privacy and community cohesion. Rounded balconies and volumetric gaps generate rhythm and porosity, transforming the façade into a dynamic surface that enhances usability and solar control. A layered landscape strategy extends from the ground to the rooftop, creating biodiversity, microclimate benefits, and continuity of green space. Shared amenities, shaded circulation, and activity zones enrich the collective experience, while thresholds between public and private spaces are carefully defined to foster both intimacy and openness.
